The practice defines performance training for the equestrian athlete.
Cheryl’s equestrian programs have been developed through research, education and experience. Cheryl is a horsewoman, athlete, Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedic-sports medicine and, a certified physical therapist for USEF.
Cheryl and USEF want to help equestrians physically strengthen and progress as riders from the local to the international level. We can help identify a riders physical challenges, improve postures while riding and help them reach their personal goals.
Cheryl understands the discipline and dedication to our sport needed to be a Champion. Her passion is to meet a rider’s individual needs.
Cheryl is available for clinics and assessments at your barn and treatments in her office.
Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their Champion Character.
